At Figment Technologies Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number: 17 611 511 329) (defined here as ‘We’ or ‘Our’), We value your comments, suggestions and feedback. Our Privacy Policy sets out how We collect, use and disclose “personal information” and other “non-personal information” We have gathered about Our users in relation to the game “Trash Toybox” (“Game”).

We strictly adhere to Australian privacy law under the Act and the provisions of COPPA.

We do not knowingly collect any personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13, and We actively encourage parents to talk with their children about the dangers of sharing their information online. However, because We do collect some information from Our users in certain circumstances (as outlined below), We have included a parental gate that is intended to ensure that only parents make decisions about submitting personally identifiable information or engage in commercial activities both for themselves or on behalf of their children. Outside of this space, We will not collect information about Our users.

What is Personal Information and why do We collect it from you?

Our app allows for in-app purchases. All purchases can only be made with parental consent. Each in-app purchase must be made behind the parental gate on a case by case basis.

We don’t guarantee website links or the policies of authorised third parties and you access those sites at your own risk.

Advertisements from third party ad networks may be displayed in Our Game from time to time. We do not allow for behavioural advertising and will be contextual only. All reasonable endeavours are used to ensure that these ad networks comply with the Act, the US Act, and COPPA in the provision of their services towards us.

Collection of other ‘Non-Personal’ Information

The tool uses cookies to collect internet log information and general visitor behaviour information in an anonymous form.
